The client had a lot of empty space above their 3 car garage, so instead of wasting that space, we added some structural framing and doghouse dormers to make one large bonus room. Doghouse dormers make a space feel so much bigger and give a room a dignified yet playful feeling. Add in some skylights and you have one BrightSpace.
